• Install a "FOR SALE" sign in your yard and a flier box with property brochure, floor plan, etc.

Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) is a vital component in the selling process. Listing your home in MLS will ensure exposure to all the other REALTORS in the greater Phoenix area, nationally, and internationally. REALTORS have access to new homes as they hit the market, often prior to being found on the Internet.
